How have you guys been doin?

I find myself feeling fatigue & easily fall sick since year end last year not sure why maybe age catching up or just not enough?

I've always been a Health & Beauty concious person, i think taking care of ourselves as a well being is very important whether it's body, mind and soul. Always precise in my selections the thing that i use and consume & the lifestyle i choose. Again, lil inquisitive lass here, i'm learning something NEW everyday.

So I've mentioned at my previous blog that i would like to share a few Health & Beauty product & These are the products i've been using which is good! Nothing commercial - but i'm always the one seek for what's good

Introducing HGC - VGens drinks.
I've been consuming this product for two month by now! Feeling GREAT & could see the difference

A little short introduction of HGC

HYALURONIC ACID - Hyaluronic acid is considered equally important, if not more important, than Collagen. HA plays a vital role h helps to retain water within the cells of skin, making it an excellent moisturizer. Think as a repair system in overall for skin, Joint, Eyes, Gum dicease.

GLUTATHIONE - It is known as antioxidant as well as maintaining exogenous antioxidants such as vitamins C and E in their reduced (active) forms. It is used in metabolic and biochemical reactions such as repair, protein synthesis, It has a vital function in iron metabolism. Think as an antioxidant & metabolism & maintanence that we need in our body.

VITAMIN C- Treat cold, boost immune system & all those benefits that we already SHOULD know.


& All this goodness comes in a box with 24 sachet a box, and easily consume!

Just mix HGC & water as simple as that. Drink every morning

It just like taking water. Best first thing wake up in the morning

To make it interesting, I usually take it with my breakfast so you would feel a complete meal full with nutrients to start off the day

Tea + Cereal + Banana + Strawberry/Blueberry Yogurt(Milk Substituion) + HGC

You may add a slice of lemon for flavoring too

Toast + Scramble Eggs + Finest Strawberry jam + HGC yum!

You probably noticed I substitute the ingredients Swapping Subway Loaf for wraps it's Healthier option. Serve together with yogurt + HGC a complete meal! *wink*

Don't forget BOMBSHELLS 2oz fresh pineapple juice,
1tbl Apple cider vinegar,
1 tsp honey,
fresh squeeze lime/lemon


These are all the varies for metabolism boost. Trust me, you really need to take some of these for any of your goals in the long run! haha *smiles*

I used to Acne Range.

I think i probably look 10 years younger than my age haha but coming back you gotta love German brands! They have one of the most prominent brands around the world. Eucerin have more than 100 years.
